Basic Life and AD&D Insurance: All full-time benefit eligible employees are automatically offered 2x their annual salary up to a maximum of $250,000. This benefit is covered by us at 100% and no cost to you.

Supplemental Life & AD&D Insurance: You may purchase additional Life & AD&D insurance for your self, your spouse or your children through Lincoln Financial. Short-Term Disability (STD) Insurance: You are eligible for up to six-weeks of 60% of your salary through our STD plan with Lincoln Financial. This benefit is 100% paid for by us — meaning you don't pay via payroll deductions.

Retirement Account
Vanguard
We offer a 401(k) through Vanguard that allows you to:

Contribute up to 80% of your earnings into a pre-tax or Roth contribution account.

Make non-Roth, post-tax contributions.
We match the first 5% of your contributions, plus a 7% discretionary contribution, for a total of up to 12%. You are fully-vested in your retirement account – both your contributions and our contributions — meaning even if you left Dunder Mifflin after a single day of working here, you'd take 100% of your account with you.
