Benefits that prioritize your physical health.
Prioritizing your health isn't a luxury — it's a necessity. And at Dunder Mifflin — we're committed to offering our employees benefits that help them continue to be the best versions of themselves.

That means we offer you — and your families — benefits that take care of you no matter where you are on your health journey.

For 2023, there are no changes to the below benefits and your payroll contributions will remain the same.
Medical Plan Options
Aetna
For the 2023 plan year, you have the option to choose between the below two medical plans offered by Aetna.

-
PPO
-
PPO + HSA

While the two plans function differently — both plans offer affordable, comprehensive medical coverage that covers the cost of In-Network preventive care at 100%. This means, no matter which plan you choose — your preventive care (like annual physical and well-women checks) are covered at no cost to you, as long as you see an In-Network provider.

Spending Accounts
OptumBank
Even the most comprehensive benefit plans equate to out-of-pocket costs. Things like copays, deductibles, coinsurances, and even over-the-counter medicine costs can add up over time. That's why Dunder Mifflin offers OptumBank's Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and a Health Savings Account (HSA) to benefit eligible employees.

While both plans allow you to pay for Qualified Medical Expenses and offer tax benefits due to the pre-tax dollars you're able to contribute to the account — there are key differences to each of the accounts.
