Gather enrollment information
If you are enrolling any new eligible dependents, you will need their birth date and Social Security number and any supporting documentation (e.g., marriage license and birth certificates).
Complete your enrollment online via GustoHR
Log-on to GustoHR and select your 2023 benefits.

If you are not making any changes, click "Submit As Is" on the Benefits Tab.
Print your Confirmation
For your records, print your Benefit Confirmation Statement and store it in a safe place.
